This is the first textbook on the EU law in Russia prepared by the Chair of the EU law of the MSAL, in accordance with the educational course of the EU law. The book consists of 3 sections and deals with a large ring of EU law problems. The first section dedicates to historical aspects of the European Integration and the EU competence. The second section says about a legal status of Institutions and other bodies of the EU. The third section includes key terms and points of the EU law (principles, sources, a system). It gives too an imagination about basic branches of the EU law: the Common Market law, the EU custom law, the legal aspects of EMU, the EU competition law, the EU social law, the EU transport law, the EU company law, the EU intellectual property law. In the end of the book is cited a general information on EU law information systems and databases.
