This book is aimed to present materials on the EU law in the
form of “questions and answers”.
It covers the whole range of the EU institutional and substantive
law including the history of the European integration, the structure
and competences of the EU, human rights, the Economic and Monetary
Union, internal market law, EU competition law, EU social law, EU
environmental law and other aspects. The textbook was written and
published by the collective of professors and lecturers of the largest
legal institute in Russia
– the Moscow State Academy of Law. Most of the authors work within
the special department of the Academy – the Chair of the European
Union law.
