Dr. Jeffrey Burt was a partner for thirty years with the international law firm of Arnold & Porter which has 1000 lawyers in 13 offices worldwide. He also taught for several years at Georgetown Law Center, the largest law school in the United States.
Thomas Shillinglaw was vice president and assistant general counsel at the large American corporation Corning. He spent over 30 years as a lawyer representing 2 American corporations in the USSR / Russia. He is on the panel of arbitrators of (I) the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (the international arm of the American Arbitration Association («AAA»), (ii) of the AAA itself, (iii) of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission («CIETAC») and (iv) of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
